That rushing attack continues to look absolutely lethal, and the offense as a whole is humming under Philo and Buster Faulkner (oh what could've been for my Jackets...). If there is a criticism to be leveled at these Gators so far, it's that the defense doesn't seem to have a ton of depth and are somewhat leaky. But with a runningback like Baugh, who needs defense right?

douchebagjack	3	Best 3 Wins: Ole Miss, Auburn, FAU Alabama continues to do Alabama things. They're 4-0, they've got the Florida State win, and they just absolutely nuked South Carolina 49-18. Keelan Russell has looked good, the offense is averaging nearly 28 points a game, and there really isn't a bad result on the resume. The issue is that Florida State and South Carolina are both more "good win" than "holy shit Alabama beat them." Looking forward to Mississippi State game!

jrich960608	5	oh man oh man oh man. You can talk about the Ole Miss hangover, and yes Lacy did not play, but anyone who watched this game could tell you that it did not matter a lick. UF held the best QB in America to 28, picked him off and strip sacked him, scored 52 with 302 yards rushing, all while missing a pick 6 which resulted in an Ole Miss touchdown, taking their foot off the gas in the last 2 minutes of both halves, and missing two touchdown throws on two different drives. This game could have been a lot worse. Through 4 games Florida has given up 2 sacks only, two turnovers only that were just unlucky drops by receivers, and boasts the #2 offense in the country. The defense is making strides each game. They face a trap game @ Mizzou this weekend who is coming off of a loss to Miss St.

I can actually count on one hand the amount of times I've ranked them, doesn't help that I've been a voter during the Napier era and I usually take advantage of the first 3 weeks grace period. Plenty of season left, but they've definitely earned a high ranking. Hopefully they keep it up.

It's entirely possible we came in too low on Florida by having them unranked, but when you look at how they dominated Ole Miss (Matchup wise it was terrible for them) and Sagarin/FPI (Both putting them 9th in the country) it's hard not placing them top 10.

_THE__BOULDER_	8	While there are still things to talk about defensively (despite a pretty decent defensive front, there were not as many TFLs or sacks as I would have hoped, but it is important to also note that Ole Miss does have a great mobile QB in Chambliss), UF put up a very good showing in this game, and the defense came up with two takeaways (although the second was while UF was up 24 points with 2.5 minutes left), so there is a lot to be proud of. I was there, the Swamp was loud and proud, and, once again, Ole Miss leaves the Swamp disappointed. Not only is Jaden Baugh the guy (for Heisman) and looking unstoppable, Duke Clark also put in a fantastic showing at running back, breaking off some huge plays and gaining 126 yards on 12 carries, including a 45 yard touchdown run. Florida's offensive line has been phenomenal lately, allowing Aaron Philo to stay protected and deal the ball to his outstanding wide receiver core (arguably best overall core in the SEC, even if they are not, individually, the top WRs). Almost 200 yards on the day for him, with a passing touchdown. UF maintained the lead the entire game, going up 17-3 early (17-6 at the half), taking Ole Miss's shots to fight their way back into the game (Ole Miss fought back to only be down 3 in the 3rd, getting as close as 24-21), and subsequently put them away. Jon Sumrall's Florida has been flying offensively, scoring over 50 points in 3 of his first 4 games. Currently mentally struggling to wrap my head around the idea that UF might be Good again (upper case G), as the last few years had taught me not to hope. With this high-flying offense, UF is likely favored in all of its remaining games save Texas and Georgia. Mizzou this week, a lot of work still left to do.

Still not fully convinced and thing reality is going to hit like a truck (or maybe like a shoe) soon. Don't see them as top 10 like other media and polls show so far, but will at least give credit to a solid start.
