Overall Rationale: Resume ranking, with best 3 positive games and worst 3 negative games getting extra emphasis. Currently I have built statistics for the positive games and use those to heavily guide my ranking.
All teams with at least 30 AP votes or top 30 of the Massey Ratings are considered.
Start with the AP poll, and then adjust rankings iteratively based on above criteria, using Massey Ratings for strength of teams not considered for ranking.

Rougher ballot this week, didn't have much time, and had to finish setting it up the system for this year. Should be better next week.
