A narrow loss to the Ducks was immediately followed upon a boat race against the Memphis Tigers and a trip to Kalamazoo left the other Broncos in tatters. While threats still exist in conference play (most notably in Oregon and Fresno State), Coach Danielson appears to have found the path for Boise State to return to the playoffs once again. Mostly on the back of their absolutely ridiculous run-game, which appears to have been told "we have Jeanty at home" and have lived up to it, splitting the workload with a talented commitee.

Bank_Gothic	24	BSU should be higher. The loss to Oregon will age better as time goes on. I still think the wins over Memphis and WMU are good wins, although I don't like how close SDSU kept things. I want to move BSU up in my poll, but I don't know how many tests are left on their schedule. TXST, CSU, and Oregon State are all strong teams, but BSU will need to win convincingly if it wants to move up head of the quality P4 teams. If both JMU and BSU win out, then I think I will end up ranking BSU ahead of JMU due to differences in competition, but I doubt BSU will be able to crack the top-10 of my poll this year.

_THE__BOULDER_	21	A close loss on the road to Oregon, an 18 point victory over Memphis that many thought helped to seal Boise in as a top G6 contender, a close game against South Dakota at home that required a couple Q4 touchdowns for Boise to seal the win, and now a dominant win at Western Michigan (and, therefore, a transitive win over Michigan /s). I have been reluctant to rank Boise until I knew what to do with OKST and Oregon and, while the South Dakota game raises an eyebrow, I do think Boise has shown consistency and currently is the G6 front runner. I think Boise will have a pretty good run of things for the foreseeable future, but they do play Fresno St and Oregon St down the stretch, both of whom I believe are low key decent teams. I don't think Boise will really be tested again until those games, and I look forward to seeing what happens.
