Overall Rationale: How good and how consistently do you produce? How good are your wins' wins? "Good losses" only get you so far, you have to actually win things, but being consistently good and losing to another good team doesn't ding you too badly. This is not a predictor of success, this is an all-encompassing "what have you done and how have you looked while doing it?"

Mostly the Top 12 are just who I would put in a playoff and it's splitting hairs after just 4 weeks between #5 and #12.
