Overall Rationale: For the first few weeks of the season (until there's a solid sample size of games against good opponents), my poll is only ranking undefeated teams with victories over P4 opponents. This week there were 19 such teams. That tier of the poll is divided into three classifications, with spots 1-4 reserved for teams with three wins over p4 opponents (then ranked to my eye test), spots 5-13 reserved for unbeaten teams with two, and spots 14-19 reserved for teams with one such victory. The final six spots are for one-loss teams that I think have a decent resume and tests coming up soon that will determine if they are posers or real ones.
