Both sides of the ball look like they could tune up some more, luckily for them CMU, Clemson, and FSU should all be non competitive. FSU only could be if they fire Norvell and the team gets the elusive coach switch boost.

Pyromania1983	4	Moved the Hurricanes down a spot, despite another double-digit win this past week. After two extremely good wins, Miami did struggle quite a bit against Wake Forest. QB Darian Mensah was very efficient, with only 4 incompletions and no interceptions, but Wake Forest looked almost as good on offense. They matched them pretty well in yardage, both in total and by average yards per play. Hence, the win wasn't as impressive as their first two, or of the top-3 in the poll currently.

jrich960608	5	Miami has so much talent, and I was hoping for a reason to move them higher, but they didn’t cover, went 5/13 on 3rd down and gave up 330 yards to Wake Forest. I do believe Wake isn’t as bad as some people probably think, but Miami easily could have covered this game spread. To me, the defense lacks the same intensity they showed last year and I’d like to see that improve. They suffered some injuries Saturday, but they won’t play anyone who should seriously threaten them until ND.

_THE__BOULDER_	2	Miami is very good - great, even - offensively, probably better than last year. Mensah is a savant on the college football field. Mensah and Toney are a scary good combo and both legit Heisman candidates. They said they weren't going to force feed Toney and then he went 12/12 so I think they went back on that promise. Defensively, I had a feeling this one would be technically closer than their last few games (shocking take, I know), and it was, technically, but in practice, it wasn't. Wake did score a few touchdowns on this defense, which I expected, but the game was fully controlled by Miami.

I'm not yet worried about Miami, considering Darian Mensah was nearly perfect, Malachi Toney still exists, and Wake Forest is actually a really good team. However, I can't help but think what would have happened if they had been playing Louisville or Notre Dame.
