Overall Rationale: For the first few weeks of the season (until there's a solid sample size of games against good opponents), my poll is only ranking undefeated teams with victories over P4 opponents. This week there were exactly 25 such teams, so the poll is neatly divided into two classifications, with spots 1-8 reserved for teams with two wins over p4 opponents (then ranked to my eye test) and spots 9-25 reserved for unbeaten teams with only one such victory.
