Pyromania1983	13	Another team I have been higher on than the AP poll (having ranked them since the preseason), the team has finally officially been ranked by the AP. They have moved up 9 spots on my poll too, especially after beating a pretty good South Carolina team. Despite a 13-0 deficit at the end of the first, the team's offense started firing on all cylinders and persevered en route a 3-0 start to the season. A tough in-conference matchup in Week 4 against Mizzou will be a big game for their spot in the rankings.

The beatdown of Minnesota and huge comeback win over South Carolina show this teams potential, but with those being weaker teams we have to take it with a grain of salt.

_THE__BOULDER_	20	The Bulldogs started slow, letting South Carolina get out to a 16 point lead early (albeit over 4 scoring drives), but responded massively with a 41-7 run with some 10 points put up by the Gamecocks in the last few minutes of the game. Kamario Taylor might be straight up good, with Miss St being right there with him. Threw 18/26, 4TD, 1INT, and another 33 yards on the ground. We're gonna keep that "good" at a lower case "g" for now though. Big test next week vs Mizzou, but it's at home. That being said, Mizzou is just the start of the gauntlet, with Alabama, @LSU, and @Texas being 3 of the next 4 games after that. Curious to see if they can keep this up, but I like what's going down in Starkville right now.

GrimmacingGrinny	21	Kemario Taylor is a stud. The Bulldogs were down early in this game and fought their way back, winning comfortably before a desperation FG & onside kick attempt. Mississippi State’s schedule is brutal for the rest of the year, but I think they are the better team than Missouri which is what this slot came down to. Especially after Missouri’s atrocious showing against Troy, where they narrowly escaped and benefited from multiple turnovers. Luckily, the two teams will get to settle it next week, when they face each other.
