Overall Rationale: Weighted averages of efficiencies on OFF, DEF, and Special teams. FPI, Strength of record, game control, avg in-game win %, and TeamRankings.com predictive ratings. FPI, Teamrank predictive, and strength of record are weighted the heaviest. There will be some wild swings given this is based on one week of data. It takes about 4-5 weeks before this becomes more accurate as that's about when preseason weights start getting significantly phased out of the Teamrankings/FPI/SOR type metrics.
