Justanother_0	4	Huge reach? Maybe, but this is a team that is going to bruise and batter every team they face off against this year. I expect this team to make the playoffs on that offense alone. Now if that defense doesn’t start to gel then they probably won’t go too far into December. Even so, a three point loss to the second best team in the SEC is hard to really punish these guys for, especially after beating SMU.

jrich960608	10	The Cardinals are for real, offensively. That RB room is for real, Lincoln is for real, the WRs make plays where it counts. The Ole Miss loss is the closest you can be to a quality loss. I think SMU is an impressive football team this year, and we obviously know how good Ole Miss is offensively, so I’m not ready to sell on this Louisville defense because they’ve had some really tough challenges, but I’d like to see some improvement there. Keep climbing Cardinals!

Given SMU’s struggles (four turnovers!) vs FSU this result isn’t too surprising (3 more turnovers!), but it’s still a very positive win for Louisville. The tooth birds have a very favorable remaining schedule and should be able to make a run for the ACCCG.

While their offense struggled out the gate, they got it together and showed what they were capable of vs a very good SMU team. While their defense seems questionable, they have played 2 of the best offenses in the nation, and based on the on field results, they could be a team to watch not just for the ACC title, but the whole thing.

noah_divine	7	Yes, this is absurdly high for Louisville, but I'm absurdly high on Louisville. As an Ohio State fan, Lincoln Kienholz's play over three weeks is really making me wish he was back in Columbus. They have a close loss to Ole Miss and a big win over a good SMU team, and I don't think it's crazy to think they have a legit shot to win the ACC outright.

_THE__BOULDER_	16	I've been saying Louisville is a good team, I just don't think SMU is (at least not yet). I've moved them from 20 to 16, which is a bump up, but not too far, and is helped partially by the fact that I've moved other teams down. Louisville made some big plays, but also gave up a couple. Kienholz did well avoiding pressure and turning those moments into plays, with that 2nd touchdown in the 1st quarter being especially fun to watch. They benefited from 3 turnoevers (2 INTs, 1 FUM, and a TOD too to boot), two of them in the 4th to help seal the game with their 10 point advantage. That 50 something yard run by Brown to go up 17-14 was magnifique as well, with that stiff arm to keep the safety off him icing on the cake. Louisville's remaining schedule is comparatively easy, so, barring any blunders, they should end up doing fairly well this season and, if it goes that well, will likely be playing Miami in the ACCCG. There's some potential traps, but they've acquitted themselves well so far, playing very close with a Good Ole Miss, beating out SMU, and we'll see how things go.
