Overall Rationale: Texas stays 1 despite looking kind of flat. Georgia looks even better now so I finally move them up to 2 after ND and Miami both looked only okay. OSU keeps 4 and Ole Miss jumps the hurricanes after kicking out the gremlin of a coach that LSU has. Also, still not quite convinced about Indiana yet.
Utah moves up big as Bama looked meh and is almost tied with BYU in my eyes so Holy War might decide a lot! Louisville's defense looks bad but everything else looks amazing so (and that Ole Miss close game looks even better now.)
Despite Tech looking kind of bad the first few games, I bumped them up a bit even if it still is lower than national average. USC falls a good bit after whatever that was, and Houston moves up despite losing (mainly because of teams in front of them)
Lastly, State jumps in after a solid road win, Florida and Va Tech similarly move up. Missouri drops after a very meh win and Kansas looking bad. And then Duke and UCLA join the ranks to replace WMU and UVA.
Michigan, OU, and WMU all look bad. I don't think any deserve to be ranked. I know a lot might rank Tulsa, OKSU, or Oregon but none of them look great to me either. I also don't think Kentucky deserves in.
Lastly, Texas A&M drops almost out of my top-40 because... well do I need to explain why..?
