Overall Rationale: Gives "points" out based on margin of victory and strength of opponent. Teams are ranked by number of points accumulated, which informs the strength of opponent for another iteration. Iterated through hundreds of cycles until there is significant convergence. No preseason priors, so it's mostly a margin-of-victory metric until week 4 or 5.
