I just hope Michigan, Penn State, and Ohio State don’t form some sort of circle of suck that takes them out of the playoffs |

Make of the MD result what you will. Do you say "oh, MD is actually quite good and that was impressive of OSU to overcome them." or "What is OSU doing getting handled by MD for a half?"? I don't know, they're not firing on all the OSU cylinders, but they're kind of gritty and I kind of dig it (speaking with my OSU fan hat now). I'm a late-life buckeye fan convert, so I don't have quite the expectations or frustrations that a lot of the lifers seem to have with this squad....some of y'all have been watching 10-win football seasons for your entire life and it really shows. The defense (namely, the secondary) is solid (dare I say elite) and we'll find out all we need to against PSU and Michigan...though overlook the trip to West Lafayette at your own peril *maniacal laughter* |
