I had to go with my gut on the order for the one loss PAC12 teams, Duke, Ole Miss and Tennessee. These spots are fairly interchangeable

It's really hard to rank the group of 1 loss Pac12 teams as they've all played each other and have weird wins that prevent me from just putting the team that beat each other ahead of them. I think they're all pretty equal and thus this clump of Pac12 teams from 14-17 in my poll. Washington State is 4-1 with wins over Oregon State (5-1) and Wisconsin (4-1). Only loss is to UCLA. their 2 quality wins bumps them to the top.

I thought going into the 4th quarter that Washington State was going to survive a bad game, but UCLA came out strong in the 4th and the Cougars just couldn't punch back.

Not a far drop due to how much shake up there was in this range. But alas the PAC 12 Cannibalization has begun.

WSU fell to earth a bit but they did not look good against UCLA. Their offense was ineffective as Cam Ward’s Heisman campaign died, and the defense wasn’t as strong as they usually have been.

The loss to UCLA isn't too embarrassing since UCLA is really good. Keeping them above Oregon State since they beat them.

Not a great loss, but they still played alright. They don't fall as far because they still have that win over 4-1 Wisconsin in their back pocket. The schedule doesn't get any easier though, as a home game against a plucky Arizona team is followed by a trip to Autzen to face the Ducks.
