If they can defeat Boise State next week, they may be on track to surpass the 8-4 record they posted in each of the past two seasons. Mike Leach's defense will be sneaky good this year and they may showcase that against the Broncos next week.

Extra_Excrement	25	Luke Falk leads the Cougars into their third consecutive year of being ranked in the AP poll. Unfortunately they haven't finished out the seasons ranked. I think they'll drop games to Washington, USC, and Stanford but I wouldn't be too shocked if they beat at least one of those teams. I think they beat Boise St in week two to have a nice start to their season.
