Overall Rationale: Still working on getting my hybrid poll up and running. I try not to rank teams with no wins, but both WVU and FSU look good and should be good. FSU is questionable with their QB loss, so expect them to make either a big jump back up or fall out completely. I really tried to avoid any stickiness from my preseason poll.
