0010MK 1 I feel that with my flair I need to justify the Buckeyes being ranked #1. As I mentioned in my methodology, my rankings are based solely on the results on the field. While Ohio State has not looked like the most dominate team in the country, they have the most impressive body of work thus far (rating: 127.47). Top wins include #10 Penn St, #20 ND, and #34 Rutgers.

Sadly, for them, Rutgers is not ranked or particularly impressive this year, so they slip down to #2 with potential to be jumped by UM depending on how their Penn State game goes.
