RedBarracuda25 Ballot for 2023 Week 11

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Nov. 6, 2023, 3:53 p.m.

Rank Team Reason
Georgia Bulldogs The undefeated reigning national champs deserve to be #1. Not gonna change it until they lose
Michigan Wolverines The manifesto calls for Michigan to be #2 so Harbaugh doesn't get too comfortable in his Khakis. They keep dominating opponents, but this week will be a very good litmus test
Washington Huskies An explosive offense that can disappear at times and questionable defense has me a little skeptical on the Huskies, but I think this team is the best in the country when everyone is humming along.
Ohio State Buckeyes This team is like the Steelers. They look like shit every game and yet manage to win all of them. Idk wether they're #1 or #5
Florida State Seminoles Any of the top five deserve a playoff spot. But the Seminoles to me are the most shaky of all the teams. They have a tendency to play down to competition. Also the ACC doesn't look as strong as we were hoping
Oregon Ducks This is the year. Bo Nix has improved so much under this new offense. He’s focused. He’s having fun. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s a dark horse for the Heisman
Texas Longhorns That Oklahoma loss is looking very rough right now, but I fear the longhorns are legit. Need some help from those above them but with Pac cannibalization and only one of Mich/OH st getting in. The longhorns are in a good spot
Alabama Crimson Tide Death, taxes and Alabama. They will not go quietly into the night. I fully expect all of the teams above them to have a stupid loss and this Alabama team to somehow become the #1 seed. Why? Because Nick Saban is the devil's mistress
Penn State Nittany Lions The best team in the country if Michigan/Ohio ST didn't exist. Always perpetually the best of the rest
Ole Miss Rebels Ole Miss cannot get over the Alabama hump no matter what they do. the penn st of the sec
Louisville Cardinals Louisville is here to cause chaos, and I welcome it.
Utah Utes If only the offense was healthy.
Oregon State Beavers The last of the Pac2 standing. Only objective left is to ruin oregon's season
Oklahoma Sooners That's gonna sting for a long time. Venables seems like a good coach, but he has some boneheaded things. I think year 3 will be a big year to see if he's going to be a guy to get Oklahoma over the hump
Missouri Tigers So close and yet so far. Mizzou looks like a good team
James Madison Dukes I hope they finish the season undefeated for the memes of them not making a bowl
Tulane Green Wave Maybe not quite as explosive as last year's team, but this team is still in control of their own destiny to be the G5 champ (rip dukes)
Oklahoma State Cowboys I want to put them over the sooners, but I left them off my ballot so I couldn't justify any more. Definitely though is going to be a quick riser if they keep winning
Tennessee Volunteers Solidy in the B class of the sec. Which given recent history except last year ain't the worst
Kansas Jayhawks Kansas has positioned itself well to potentially run the new B12, and I for one am all for it
Liberty Flames Cupcake schedule but gotta respect the record
LSU Tigers This team just doesn't have the magic of last years. Also that defense could honestly allow 50 to Iowa
Notre Dame Fighting Irish Two years in and I have no idea how good of a coach freeman is, which is kinda concerning. Wayyy too inconsistent overall.
North Carolina Tar Heels Two very bad losses, but also good wins. Hesitantly back on my ballot
Air Force Falcons Bad loss to army, but still 8-1. Respect the record
