Their defense looks much more suspect than either Ohio State's or Georgia's, alongside their near misses against Arizona State and Stanford, so ultimately they fail the eye test in that regard compared to the two ahead of them.

Style of play and dominance of wins aren't really a factor of ranking for me because if you're really that dominant than you should work your way to the top of the rankings regardless.
