My preseason Heisman pick Michael Penix Jr had another great day today adding 473 yards and 4 TD to make his current season stats at 1332 yards with 12 TD to 1 INT. Washington jumping up to #1 is also more of what the other schools did (or lack there of) than Washington destroying another opponent.

Of course there's the context around Tucker and all that, but that doesn't diminish what the Huskies are doing. With Georgia and FSU struggling this week, Washington jumps 7 spots and is my new #1.

Boise St, Tulsa, and @MichiganState doesn't really do it for me though, could probably have them above BYU and Ole Miss in my rankings but it's okay, it'll work itself out.
