a_bit_of_a_misnomer_ Ballot for 2023 Week 4

Ballot Type: Hybrid

Submitted: Sept. 19, 2023, 8:55 a.m.

Overall Rationale: My take on what a 2020s BCS formula would look like. The human elements are the AP Poll and USA Today Coaches' Poll. The computer elements are the Colley Matrix, F+, FPI, Entropy, Massey, and Sagarin (NOTE: The Colley Matrix will be added to the formula after week 4). Human and computer elements are weighted equally. Scores are out of 10,000 points rather than a 0 to 1 scale like the old BCS.
