Washington sits at the top of my poll and in this tier, with 3 Ranked wins over Oregon, USC, and Utah and no FCS teams played to be 10-0, with 8 P5 wins and 2 G5 wins.

Ohio State's wins got worse; the top of the rankings actually got shaken up quite a bit, and it's definitely startling how much they shifted even though I ignore my previous rankings. That's the point of starting from scratch every week, though.
