They always dominate but I watch most of their games and they don't necessarily separate from these teams in the first half. Based on this and their resume I can't put them any higher than this.

Their resume isn't as strong as Indiana's or A&M's in my opinion, but they absolutely play like they're a top team. The Texas win wasn't looking like a big deal for a while, but Texas is coming back into the national spotlight. Overall, I think they're a great team - they have a pretty easy schedule, but they have maintained control of each game they've played. Keeping at #3.
