bretticus33 | 9 | Notre Dame may finally have their answer at QB with Sam Hartman (at least for this season) as he already has 6 TDs through two games, and the defense has been great as expected. A road game at NC State could test them but a later date with Ohio State certainly will. |

texas2089 | 9 | The Fighting Irish were one of two ranked teams to play in Week 0, and after seeing them in action twice so far, they look like they have their QB. Sam Hartman has thrown for 445 yards and 6 TDs while completing over 80% of his passes in just 6 quarters of work so far. Hartman took the second half off as Notre Dame routed Tennessee State in their first ever matchup against an FCS program. The Irish have yet to allow a touchdown through 2 games as well. |

CharlemagneOfTheUSA | 10 | Movement: (+4) - Notre Dame with a legitimately great QB? This team might have an actual argument for playoff contention in pretty short order. Their tough schedule will show us if Hartman can carry this offense to glory, but they've certainly looked excellent so far! |

cornholesurfer | 10 | Incredible performances by Hartman have the Irish clicking. I expect the Irish to be in a great position to challenge for a CFB spot and I will always have faith in a Freeman defense. |

ScaratheBear | 10 | The result(s): 42-3 against Navy, and 56-3 against Tennessee State. Lets be honest, nobody is really surprised by these results, but the way the Irish absolutely dominated these two games really sparks a lot of hope. Sam Hartman has scored on every drive he's lead, and the defense has allowed a whopping 6 points. Playing with a vengeance. The reasoning: Notre Dame jumps 5 spots for their overall level of play. They've really looked the part of a playoff contender handling business against overmatched teams. Sam Hartman looks like the truth at QB, and the rest of the team has elevated their game to match. Next up: The schedule gets a touch harder as the Irish take on a team not totally outmatched talentwise. NCSU welcomes the Irish in for a noon game this saturday, in what will be the first significant test of the new-breed Irish. |
