Overall Rationale: I used the AP poll as a starting place to rank the teams and then gave bonuses for winning their game, having a margin of victory over 21 points, and for beating a ranked opponent. After adjusting that, I moved teams around as needed (moved Colorado up, Clemson out, etc.). Future considerations may be given for in conference victories, sliding MOV scale, ranked teams losing to unranked teams.
