The reason they are so low is that the bye week has hurt the current status of their resume.5-1 compared to six wins for many more teams, and their 3 best victories are not all that impressive by comparison (USC, Virginia, Louisville). When an opening week game against a rebuilding Louisville is one of your biggest wins this season, you shouldn't be in the Top 10.
