iliketoupvotepuns 1 Alabama didn't looked less like a woodchipper and more like an axe on Saturday, but they cut South Carolina to pieces just the same. They didn't run the ball well and their defense looked a little off, but if there is anything I am not worried about for Alabama long term it is those two areas.

_Brazenhead_ 2 Blew out an inferior opponent as expected. No reason to move them ahead of Clemson, who played a better opponent.

peachios 5 They looked not AS strong as some teams against USCe so that is why I slightly dropped them. This top 5 or 6 seem insane above the rest so we'll see how they flip flop as the year goes on.

crimsonlaw 6 Alabama's offense is amazing. Their defense? Eeeeeehhhh... South Carolina exposed some holes, and I don't think the Gamecocks are good enough on offense to being exposing holes on any team. Right now, I don't see Alabama as a playoff caliber team.

T-Thugs 10 Alabama blew out South Carolina this weekend. Pair that with a blowout over 2-1 Duke and Alabama has a solid resume so far. Until proven otherwise, I do think this is the second best team in the country behind Clemson.
