Overall Rationale: With most teams having 2 or 3 FBS games in, we can finally use my formula to get initial rankings. The formula is partly based on an "adjusted record" where FCS games are removed and OT is considered a "tie" (all games are still assessed as well in just straight record). As a result of this, you might see some very volatile jumps from last week (Michigan is no longer ranked because they re 2-0, but also 1-0-1 adjusted). Next week will probably start awarding teams for playing against Top 44 (top third) teams, so expect radical jumps and drops in the next week.
