gohuskies 3 Didn't watch the game, but all accounts say USC was dominant over Stanford.

noahthearc 3 I've been high on USC since the first poll and I continue to be after their home win over Stanford. Rivalry games are always amplified, but USC handled the Cardinal well and look much better after an off first game.

Quentanamo_Bay 3 Only one of three teams with a ranked win and I had Stanford lower last week than Auburn
Rainbow_Beefcake 3 This offense is totally nectar brah. They should roll through the Pac12. I don't know how their defense will hold up out of conference though. Sam Darnold certainly looks the part.

TheFlyingBoat 3 Beat a great Stanford side and are about to beat us black and blue. Fuck me.
Ticklebump 3 The Latexes have control of a pretty well rounded PAC 12 right now. Keep your eyes on Washington as well.

WhiteBaseCoat 3 USC may have struggled with Western Michigan, but I honestly think their win over Stanford is the third best win of the season so far. Stanford is talented and experienced and it didn't really matter to USC. I'm a little wary because of the WMU game, but it's not like WMU is awful, and considering how USC played in week two I'm willing to chalk that up to first game jitters.

GilBrandt 4 Definitely surprised by this one. I had USC at 20 last week and expected the score to be flipped in Stanford's favor. The Darnold showed why he is a promising NFL prospect by taking care of business at home.
goblue10 4 That was a dismantling of what should be a really solid Stanford team.

stripes361 7 If this is your first time reading one of my ballots, keep in mind that USC was my preseason #10. The win over Stanford was truly impressive and the Trojans' 3-spot improvement over their preseason ranking is the highest of any team currently ranked in my Top 10. If USC continues to look more impressive than the teams in front of them, they will continue to rise. I still have questions about that defense which allowed Bryce Love to average 9.4 yards per carry. This is the main factor keeping them ranked behind the defensive juggernauts in the Top 6.

CarbonCamaroZL1 8 +2 spots (previously 10). 2-0. USC put a hurting to their ranked rivals, Stanford. They had three solid quarters putting up 14 points and only allowed for 10 points max in one quarter and 7 in two others. Completing 80% pass percentage and rushing for 300+ yards proves this team has improved drastically since their tough fight with Western Michigan. Their defense still needs work, however, as does their 2 interceptions.

xelphin 11 Really took it to a competent-looking Stanford. Maintained some powerful momentum all game despite Stanford almost matching them exactly. The turning point at the end of the 3rd quarter really solidified and extended their lead and showed they could hang all game. Their game against Texas this week will truly show how powerful USC is.
TotalEconomist 12 Better OOC than Mississippi State.
