Holding Clemson to only two TD's is also important, and their Defense is going to be a factor in their success going forward.

Rainbow_Beefcake	13	Auburn shutting down Clemson's offense in death valley was impressive. You can't do much on offense when you give up 11 sacks, though. I attribute it to Clemson stellar pass rush. A pass rush so good that it could carry them to a third straight trip to the playoff. That's why I'm not really punishing Auburn for a loss that is about as quality as it gets.├â┬é├é┬á

stripes361	15	Auburn's offense looked broken against Clemson. Kevin Steele's excellent defense is the one thing which kept them from dropping out of my Top 20 altogether. Fortunately, the Tigers get to face Mercer, Mizzou, Miss St. and Mississippi over the next four weeks. What a pleasantly alliterative and pleasantly mediocre (with one exception) group of teams.

However their defense looked very strong against Clemson only holding them to 2 scores. Auburn could be a contender later this season if they can complete more passes.
