Overall Rationale: Some teams have played ranked opponents, but most have not been tested yet. Therefore, this poll is still largely speculative. Ohio State dropped a bit due to the loss to OU, but again not as far as most polls will drop them, as they were already ranked below the opponent. Georgia's win jumped them up several spots, and Notre Dame fell off the list. TCU sneaks in near the end of the list with a good road win vs. Arkansas. Most other results were as expected and teams moved accordingly.
