2018 Week 3 USC Trojans Rankings

moistats_ 11 You all are really good at wasting talent. This was the same problem Washington experienced last week against Auburn. This was frustrating to watch. I'll just slowly move you Trojans down because I think Arizona State, Colorado, and Utah should be taken seriously.

TheFlyingBoat 16 People are overselling how bad USC is. Despite terrible play calling from Tee Martin and some questionable throws by JT Daniels, USC managed to put up over 300 yards on Stanford's elite defense. JT Daniels will figure things out quickly, even though Clay Helton never will. The coaching staff is not good enough for USC, but the talent on the roster may be just enough for that not to matter. Expect USC to be playing Stanford in the Pac-12 championship game.

nickknx865 17 This team is still very talented, and could very well still do good things this year. Nevertheless, with a freshman QB, they're going to struggle some, and this new ranking I think reflects that.

Blooblod 19 USC drops due to the Stanford loss. 14 points isn't a huge point differential, but it felt like Stanford dominated that game. None of J.T. Daniels, Aca'Cedric Ware, or Stephen Carr was completely shut down by Stanford's defense but they were all met with enough resistance for anyone to be able to get something going. I thought the USC defense was acceptable. Bryce Love had 136 yards but that still would've been one of his least impressive games last season. I'm still a believer in J.T. Daniels and this offense as a whole being a force by the end of the season, but it was likely going to see some setbacks early on.

GenialGiant 19 The Trojans lost to rival Stanford in fairly convincing fashion and slip as a result.
