Their defense is likely still a long-term fix, but they're right there with Utah among the Pac-12 favorites. (Week 3: USC 45, Fresno State 17; Record: 3-0)

USC dominated the Mountain West-favorites Fresno State from beginning-to-end and that combined with Oklahoma State's shaky defensive start has prompted be to swap the two in my rankings this week.
