ikindalikelemons | 10 | No, Bo Nix will not win the Heisman, but he likely will win some football games for the Ducks. Utah has two straight Pac-12 titles and USC has Caleb Williams, but I really truly think the Pac-12 comes down to Oregon and Washington before they jump ship to the B1G. |

bretticus33 | 16 | Oregon in year 1 of Dan Lanning was a success, going up to 8-1 before stumbling to end the season. Bo Nix will be a Heisman contender and gets a lot of his toys back, including a couple new ones, but his OL will be brand new. Defensively Oregon has their work cut out for them but there aren’t many defensive minds better than Dan Lanning, so I’d trust he gets that unit to improve. The change in OC will be a major question with Kenny Dillingham using last season’s success to get the HC job at Arizona State, and UTSA OC Will Stein getting the opportunity to show his chops. |

crownebeach | 18 | This is Oregon's floor, not their ceiling. Bo Nix, for me, is not a national championship quarterback. When you're rooting against him he will do something amazing that makes you think he could be special, and when you start to finally root for him he will break your back. But he is a difficult man to defend, and only Utah and Oregon State had defenses capable of doing it consistently a year ago. |

TinderForMidgets | 7 | The Oregon Ducks are the other powerhouse in the Pac-12. They've been consistently dominant in recent memory. Their offensive line is elite allowing one of the best QBs in the Pac-12 to pick apart talented defenses. Their receiving group could step up and deliver. However, the secondary remains an area of concern. |
FourteenClocks | 8 | Dan Lanning did a stellar job last year keeping this team in the conversation after the humiliating, but understandable, opening flop against Georgia. Along with being well-recruited, the Ducks are focused, they're having fun, and they are a dark horse for the College Football Playoff, especially if they make an example of the Golden Boy (USC) in November. They lost a couple of major rivalries last year, but those were close. These guys have a great chance of righting their wrongs, and momentum is on their side. And no UGA on the regular schedule. |

throwaway_6786 | 15 | Oregon had a nice season all things considered, although I'm sure they were disappointed that they missed out on the Pac-12 championship due to a wonky 3-way tiebreaker after blowing it in the Civil War. They finished #15 in my final poll last year, and I don't see much of a reason to move them up or down. The main question I have with Oregon is their defense (in the 3 games the Ducks lost last season, the defense gave up 49, 37, and 38 points). |

ScaratheBear | 17 | Amongst all of the Pac-12 contending teams, it is Oregon who has the most experience with success. And yet it doesn't really feel that way does it? Oregon has won 9 or more games in each of the last 4 non-covid seasons, but it's always felt as though they've underachieved. This season, Oregon fans hope, will be different. They've got a legit Heisman caliber QB in Bo Nix, with talent to match any Pac-12 team all across the roster. Dan Lanning should have the defense in a better spot for 2023, but the question remains. Can Oregon avoid the silly losses? Can they win the big games? Time will tell. |
