Overall Rationale: Alright, how I do my ballot is usually go from last seasons poll and try to slot them to a ranking that is pretty close to where they finished the year before. So if you’re a team like Tulane who finished in the Top 10 of the 2022 season, I’ll try to slot them around that area. Some teams will move up and down some, but for the most part the rankings you see coming into the season won’t be as drastic. So yeah, enjoy my preseason ranking
