I'll make my adjustments and do some swap arounds so earlier ranking bias doesn't effect teams too much and just have my normal bias effect them instead (つ ͡ꈍ ͜ʖ̫ ͡ꈍ ) No surprise Oregon lands at the top of the football world. They had a brutal conference game stretch, but they handled all of their games very well (I won't count the Wisconsin game because your team looked damn tired at that point of the season).
