smartkeg 18 The road win over Kansas State is a strong resume point, and the close games against Utah and Texas Tech show Houston can compete with good teams. Those losses are evidence of competitiveness, not substitutes for wins.
T-Thugs 18 Houston is 6-2 with a nice win over Oklahoma State (5-2). Also beat UCF (4-3) and Oregon State (5-2). Lost to texas tech and utah.

2 Losses: Texas Tech, Utah.
Losing to Utah and TT looks good as quality losses, but they need more quality wins. Cincy, Colorado, WVU, Baylor will not allow for that. I think Houston is cooked

Xy13 19 A close, competitive loss to Utah for the Cougs. Allowed the last score intentionally for clock management purposes, but weren't able to score to go to OT. Houston has beaten everyone they were supposed to, and probably will win out the rest of the regular season, but lost to Utah and TTU, which was the pre season predictions.

sgtshenanigans 24 Cougars lose their second close game this season which hurts. To add insult to injury Texas Tech gets exposed making Houston's loss to them look worse. Conner Weigman put up yards in this game but needs to be more accurate with his passes to take Houston to the next level.
