Overall Rationale: Wins and losses matter most. If you have the same record as a team and beat them head-to-head, you must be ahead of that team..... unless it's impossible, which it now is within the SEC. I have a massive mess of SEC teams in a conga line.

Another week where I have very little time to sleep so I'll keep it brief. Lots of SEC shuffling, teams floating around in the top, and the entry of four new teams: Florida, Texas, Boise State, and SMU, with Iowa, James Madison, Mississippi State, and Liberty leaving. I'll elaborate more in the reddit comment.
