Overall Rationale: This might be the hardest season of rankings I've done in my time as a voter. Nobody is clear-cut above anybody else. I try to respect H2H as much as possible when records are the same, which makes that middle tier of the SEC pretty difficult.

Changes from last week:

OUT - Iowa, USC, Auburn, James Madison. Probably an overreaction on Iowa, but that was an ugly loss to Minnesota. USC continues to prove me right on not trusting them. Seems like Auburn just got lucky and caught Georgia on a bad day instead of actually being back. JMU got App'd.

In - Florida, Texas, LSU, Wisconsin. I have no idea what to make of all these 2-loss SEC teams, but Wisconsin's only 2 losses being to top 10 teams might mean Fickell's figured it out up in Madison
