Overall Rationale: Hybrid of a power ranking based on my cfb model and a resume ranking similar to the colley matrix.
The model was so sane two weeks ago but the last 2 weeks of chaos have broken it :c
I'll also note that the model has everyone from Texas to Alabama within 1 typical rank of each other--in other words, Texas, Indiana, Utah, LSU, Notre Dame, Georgia, and Alabama are all effectively tied
