Overall Rationale: Computer swap mechanisms with random swaps used to fill in unknowns based on past season data outcomes and then recombined in Monte Carlo. I added a model is confident in ranked status, to certify that all runs within a standard deviation from the mean resulted in a ranked status. Well shaken out, if a bit surprised with what is going on in 15-25. Very happy with who is in 25-30, variation wearing out. Not happy with SEC fest, but until the conference plays other teams, it'll remain.

1 Georgia Bulldogs 9.46 - Fallen a lot with the Auburn loss, but with chaos throughout, hanging on just fine to the #1 spot.
2 UCLA Bruins 12.93 - Spotless, only hurt by weakness of the B1G right now. Consistency is rewarded with #2 though!
3 Utah Utes 17.06 - Looked bad last week and came out with a solid win this week. Survive and advance in this chaos is worth a lot.
4 BYU Cougars 21.62 - Trap game will trap.
5 Texas Longhorns 23.53 - Longhorns catapult around the rankings with the Ole Miss and Ohio State win playing devil's advocate to the Florida and Oklahoma losses. (Two losses).
6 Ohio State Buckeyes 23.93 - Indiana win a little weaker, and not enough to overcome Texas HTH.
7 Notre Dame Fighting Irish 25.12 - Locked behind BYU, and no quality wins keeps them here.
8 LSU Tigers 26.11 - Unfortunate.
9 Miami Hurricanes 26.54 - Pitt win is solid, and combined with lower chaos, Miami (FL) rises.
10 Alabama Crimson Tide 27.00 - Texas A&M ain't all that, somehow.
11 Kentucky Wildcats 27.50 - Surprised they can go this high with two ties, but oh well.
12 UTSA Roadrunners 27.92 - The surprise of the week for me. With Texas catapulting, nothing really caps them from the poll. Solid win against Tulane.
13 Ole Miss Rebels 28.22 - Don't lose to Texas.
14 Arizona Wildcats 28.96 - BYU loss looks worse now, but not by a lot. Quality wins help.
15 James Madison Dukes 29.51 - Tie with App State is quite harmful, but not enough to push them out.
16 Indiana Hoosiers 30.09 - Tie with Michigan is very bad news for this team. Treats them a lot like JMU for that.
17 Florida Gators 32.70 - What a nice time to rest.
18 South Carolina Gamecocks 33.10 - Signature win TM.
19 Tennessee Volunteers 34.31 - Lol. Lmao even.
20 Texas Tech Red Raiders 34.32 - Dominated.
21 Mississippi State Bulldogs 34.64 - Losses to LSU, Alabama and Oklahoma are looking less bad. Still don't like to see them here.
22 Houston Cougars 35.16 - Respectable loss.
23 Oklahoma Sooners 35.73 - See Mississippi State. Michigan weirdness causes this and #25.
24 Boise State Broncos 35.90 - Loss to Oregon looking way worse.
