Overall Rationale: This one is a mess. I rank teams based on resume focusing on high level wins and losses. I compare number of wins against good P4 teams (2 losses or less), OK P4 teams (above .500), good G6 teams (2 losses or lees), OK G6 teams (above .500). When teams are close, I factor in losses to good and OK P4 teams (currently none of my ranked teams have a G6 loss). If teams closely ranked have a head to head, I honor that result.
