| xX_GIGA_MAN_Xx | 11 | (+2) Honestly been disappointed with them so far. ASU is 0-3 so far, and you should hope to be definitively better than OSU if you want to do something in the playoffs, let alone make them. Not panicking yet, but need improvement |
| Zloggt | 11 | USC probably isn't better than Texas Tech, and I am perhaps just overly relying on the "haha they struggled against Oregon State" angle to swap them around. But dang it - I don't care! Beavers are probably better than they look tbh, but still! It's a bit underwhelming! And I still got a bone to pick with Tech so yeah! |
| BearsAreGreat1 | 12 | |
| Charlemagne42 | 12 | Needing a 4th quarter comeback against the Beavers is a bad sign for this season. |

| Pyromania1983 | 12 | Texas Tech is looking great so far, though there is a little bit of a worry with the team's defense. They let up 10 against a very bad ACU team and 24 points against a bad Oregon State team. In fact, they were outgained by 120 yards. The team's defense will need to clean things up if they want to move up and be a playoff team. |

| dukemetoo | 16 | Projections put Oregon State very low in the new Pac-12. Because those projections weigh so heavily right now, I have to punish Texas Tech for almost losing the game. If Oregon State ends up being a contender, the loss will have less negative effect. Oregon State lost to two top 25 teams fairly close, so that may be possible. |

| lowes18 | 17 | After a lackluster week one performance Texas Tech followed it up with a God-awful one in week two. They are 2-0 with enough talent to potentially still win the Big 12 if everything clicks suddenly but this team should have lost to Oregon State. Their vaunted pass rush and offensive lines got outperformed by a G5 team that just got out of near program annihilation. This team, quite frankly, is not very good even if it has all the tools to potentially be good. |

| Doogitywoogity | 19 | That said, the red raiders have also been quite disappointing. This matchup is huge for both squads to prove themselves. And who knows, maybe Oregon State is better than I’m thinking and these were impressive wins. But for now I’ve been so unimpressed by the red raiders I’ve dropped them below UH. |
| Justanother_0 | 19 | (!!!) The Oregon State game proved a hunch of mine right: Texas Tech had a generational defense in 2025 and it was foolish to believe that they were gonna just cleanly reload on that front. The offense barely got the job done here but I have serious concerns for the Red Raiders and their hopes at returning to the playoffs. |

| ColombianInIowa24 | 25 | 41.25. Not shown, but should be ranked imo #34 Georgia (46.11), #27 Ohio State (42.40), #42 Tennessee (46.11), #29 Mizzou (43.58) and #58 Houston (60.43), #41 BYU (43.75). Also notable #26 Tulsa (42.27). NDSU is being punished for not having any data from prior seasons, giving them an initial last ranking that they are pulling themselves out of. |

| _THE__BOULDER_ | 12 | A tight game until TTech scored two touchdowns in the 4th to take an 11 point lead over Oregon State. OSU has put up decent competition against both Houston and now TTech, so I don't think they're anything to be scoffed at, but now we'll get to see those two teams go head-to-head as TTech has Houston to play this upcoming weekend and I think that will be a fun match up to watch. |
