15 Texas Tech Red Raiders Only this high up cause of preseason expectations, looking way too mortal to be a CFP contender rn. Upcoming Houston game will truthfully tell if Oregon St is actually good or if their two opponents are just dookie

17 Boise State Broncos HATE having them this high up, but from here on down nobody actually feels like a top 25 team, they're just the teams on the radar I like the most. Boise leads the pack.

20 Michigan Wolverines I'm using the loss to Western Mich to serve as reason to not follow H2H with OU, if they end up closer as the season goes on I will follow it again, but as of right now it's too tough to call for me.

24 Kansas State Wildcats Better resume than Washington, I'm gonna continue ranking them, I don't care.
25 New Mexico Lobos If I didn't love pushing the UNM agenda I would rank Tulsa above OkSt and have K-State 25, but alas, UNM agenda.
