2 Georgia Bulldogs (-1) C-USA win
3 Indiana Hoosiers (=) Howard kickoff
4 Ohio State Buckeyes (-2) I always say that Ohio State fans are too harsh on Ryan Day and then he pulls out the matt lafleur special
5 Notre Dame Fighting Irish (+1) this schedule is easy as hell they were right
6 Texas A&M Aggies (+2) I was wrong about ASU
7 Miami Hurricanes (=) If they don't win the ACC this year its simply just never happening
8 BYU Cougars (+1) Good win over Arizona to start off B12 play. Should be 5-0 for a top 10 matchup against Notre Dame. Must see game
9 LSU Tigers (+1) omg its the week we've all been waiting for
10 Alabama Crimson Tide (+1) it was close for about 30 minutes. Thats an improvement for Kentucky
11 Texas Tech Red Raiders (+2) Honestly been disappointed with them so far. ASU is 0-3 so far, and you should hope to be definitively better than OSU if you want to do something in the playoffs, let alone make them. Not panicking yet, but need improvement
12 Ole Miss Rebels (+4) Everyone else was right to rank them this high, and I was wrong. I apologize, go beat LSU
13 USC Trojans (+1) 4-0 start
14 Tennessee Volunteers (+1) Good win over GT.
15 Virginia Cavaliers (+3) LOCK IN RICH ROD WE HAVE TO DEFEND THE SONG
16 Houston Cougars (+4) There was a brief period in 2024 when they hired Willie Fritz and they were bad and I thought that he was a bust. Just so you know how much value to put in these rankings
17 Utah Utes (+6) 28 rushes for 61 yards is crazy run defense. Scary game to end the season for WVU
18 North Dakota State Bison (+3) Still wondering why Sac State is in the MAC rather than the MWC. Oh well, still gonna be a win for NDSU
19 Washington Huskies (=) Little concerning of a game, but USU was just a few bounces in their 2 games from a 2-0 start. Much to think about
20 Oklahoma Sooners (-8) ?????????????????????????????????????????
21 SMU Mustangs (+1) Really front-loaded schedule. FSU & Louisville to start the season, then only really Virginia & Notre Dame for the rest. Maybe VT and perhaps Syracuse are thought of as good by the time they play, but not that much to be afraid of here
22 Iowa Hawkeyes (+2) 2 TDs, 5 Field goals. What a game.
23 Missouri Tigers (NEW) Fine, I will rank you finally
24 Louisville Cardinals (NEW) Now that I have the conventionally agreed upon ranking of Ole Miss, I can safely put Louisville in my top-25 with a loss
25 New Mexico Lobos (NEW) Overreacted by taking them out and putting in Memphis. Will not happen again
