Pikachu1989 Ballot for 2026 Week 3

Overall Rationale: Alright, so missed out on the first 2 weeks of the ballot since I was in Japan then got back and got busy with personal stuff couldn’t do a preseason poll and the 1st week poll. There was a few changes that I would have done, but with Indiana and Miami going 2-0 they still retain their #1 and #2 spot from the final poll of the 2025 season. Others though we saw epic upsets first from Texas storming back to a 24-23 win against Ohio State, Oklahoma getting upset by Michigan, who I would have ranked and stayed ranked had they didn’t struggle hard against Western Michigan and I would have dropped Michigan hard had I did a week 1 poll. But the most shocking upset was Oregon going to Oklahoma State and getting an beatdown that no one expected. It’s been a crazy couple weeks of CFB, but we’re back and yeah might have to expect the unexpected here.
