T-Thugs 21 Cincinnati is 2-0 with a win over Boston College. This one is a little difficult to rank because Boston College in turn has a p4 win over Rutgers, so part of me thinks they belong up by UCLA, but because Rutgers also got dominated by UMass I'm not going to count that as anything special for Boston College. just a normal/weakish p4 win for Cincy.
