_Brazenhead_ 16 Great win against a rebounding UCF team, once thought to be their conference's favorite. The continued success of Ohio State lessens the impact of their bad road loss. They've otherwise proven that they're a pretty good team, so a middle ranking is appropriate, especially compared to the teams in the back-half of the mid ranks.

hokies220 17 Well well well look who's back. Turns out that OSU game just means OSU is really really good rather than Cincy being bad.
nbingham196 17 Great win over UCF. Could've easily lost had a few things gone the other way though

crimsonlaw 21 Cincinnati has a dang good resume. Ohio State destroyed them, but how many teams ranked this low wouldn't be smashed by the Buckeyes. I like these Bearcats, and knocking off UCF really made me smile!

hypercube42342 23 Cincy gets the credit for being the first team in a long time to knock UCF out of the rankings. They enter my ballot at 23.
Jakesnake42 23 Cincinnati moves into the Top 25 after knocking off UCF.

TheJeemTeam 23 1/5 in Tier G: See UCF above. Do give them position at top of tier. Unfortunately the optics of having UCF right above them are admittedly not great. Truth be told though, it was a 3 point game that was basically a coin flip according to the post-game win expectancy and Cincy got to play it at home (Home team generally has 3-pt. edge on average), so I honestly don't feel too bad putting UCF ahead of them anyways.

crownebeach 24 If UCF and Cincinnati play ten times, I think UCF wins about six, but the Bearcats have maybe the best defense in the Group of Five and hung on. In an interesting twist, UC's regular season finale is @ Memphis on November 29 -- a game that could end up being completely pointless.

moistats_ 25 Cincinnati looked incredible against UCF. But I think the score should've been higher to be ranked higher. Wouldn't be surprised if Cincy loses later on (it's very tough for the conference this year). We'll see how things turn out.

steelcitygator 25 Looked very good beating UCF and hard to fault them to much for not keeping pace with Ohio State.
stripes361 25 The flip side to the above is that, if Cinci proved on the field that they can go toe-to-toe with a ranked team, then they look like a ranked team themselves. They're the lowest-ranked team in my Top 25 for both FPI and SP+ so I definitely am giving them a boost for their win against UCF, just not as much as most people would prefer. Honorable Mention: Boise State, SMU, Oklahoma State, Memphis, Minnesota
