Overall Rationale: Fluid as always as there's only been 2 weeks' worth of games so far, so more like Tier Ranking as opposed to filing in exact positions at this stage.

A - Texas (defacto #1 by having the best win of anyone so far), ND, UGA, Miami, Indiana, Ohio State
Top 6 I still think so far are just a cut above. Ryan Day is what he is, but it was a 1 point loss on the road featuring a miraculous comeback and I'm not holding that against OSU too harshly.

B - 7 to about 12 I think you can cut in any fashion.

C - 12 - 21 are all teams I still have questions about, but good wins, I'm bigger on rewarding good wins and I'm coming around on Mizzou and Iowa.

D - Oklahoma might be in trouble, but I know there's talent on that squad and a road loss at Michigan is more of a bad loss for them than a good win for Michigan. A&M just haven't done anything against anyone good yet. Auburn may not be long for this spot, Miss State going on the road and winning by 3 touchdowns at a P4 place gets rewarded.
