Overall Rationale: Dropped Out: #1 Ohio State, #2 Oregon, #10 Oklahoma, #24 Washington, #25 Illinois.
Last year I did something a little weird and opted to not rank any team with a loss for the first few weeks of the season. That lasted until around Week 5 where those teams would have to earn their way back in rather than just jumping back up to "align" with reality. I liked doing this because it challenged me to fight against some of the implicit poll momentum that comes up when you're ranking teams week to week. So yeah this ballot will probably be a little bit unusual when the overall poll gets published haha
